Hello! Welcome to my blog! I am Carol, a fitness, lifestyle, and transformation coach. I started fitforevermore as a place to offer nutrition tips, healthy recipes, exercises, and motivational fitness concepts. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and wanted a way to share my knowledge and inspire others to do the same.
I chose the name fitforevermore to embody the way I view fitness and nutrition. Five years ago I prepared for my first NPC Figure competition with the intent of returning to my prior eating habits as soon as the show ended. At the conclusion of the contest I realized that something had shifted in my mind and there was really no option of turning back. I had big goals, and looked and felt better than I ever had in my life. More importantly, the way I viewed and felt about food had changed. I wish I could tell you that the transition was immediate and easy. However, that is simply untrue. There were many battles that lay ahead and a wealth of knowledge I needed to gain before I could make those lasting changes.
Fitness and nutrition are not just something to be done as a means to an end goal. Rather, this is a lifetime journey that brings daily pleasure and a sense of well being. It is my hope that you will be inspired to join me on this path and discover your own personal quest for healthy living.
